Magnetic Bar (MB)

Description

A magnetic bar uses its own generated magnetic force to attract black metallic pollutants onto the wall of the magnetic bar's tube, thus achieving the function of filtering impurities and protecting downstream equipment while improving material purity. The inside of the magnetic bar adopts rare earth permanent magnets as the magnetic field, and is wrapped in a 304 or 316L stainless steel tube, sealed and welded at both ends.

Structural Features

1. High-strength magnetic rod with a diameter of 25mm and a surface magnetic field strength of 1000-14000 Gauss.
2. The surface is made of SUS304, SUS316 or SUS316L stainless steel pipe welded and sealed and polished, which can be used to treat Handle dry powder, wet or liquid materials.
3. The surface has been polished and polished to meet the requirements of food hygiene.
4 The common diameter of the magnetic rod is 25mm (1 inch), and the diameter and length can be customized according to requirements. The maximum length can be made to 2500mm. Special magnets are also available, such as square or rectangular, triangular and teardrop shaped.
5. The working temperature of conventional products is up to 80 °C. According to specific application requirements, we can make products with a temperature resistance of 100 °C, 120 °C, 150 °C, 180 °C, 220 °C, 250 °C, etc. up to 350 °C.
6. The two ends of the magnetic rod can be made into threaded holes, screw rods, lifting rings, tapered tips, etc. according to the requirements of expansion, which is convenient for installation and fixing.

• Features:
• Helps prevent powder buildup, thereby solving bridging and clogging.
• Powder flows down the sides of the tube instead of accumulating at the top.
• Captures ferrous contaminants and migrates to the underside of the magnet.
