Application
Magnetic plate pipe separators are widely used in food, feed, pharmaceutical, grain, chemical and other fields to remove iron and ferrous fine powders in flow-resistant bulk materials that are easily blocked by debris. The stainless steel housing can be easily installed on closed jet lines or directly on processing equipment.
Features
1. Surface treatment: mirror polishing, wire drawing or sandblasting.
2. Material: stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316 or SUS316L.
3. Magnet: high-strength rare earth permanent magnet material. Surface magnetic field strength is above 1500-10000 Gauss.
4. Working temperature: The working temperature of conventional products is lower than 80 °C, and the highest temperature resistance 350 °C products can be provided.
