Description
Permanent magnet cartridges are used to extract ferrous metal contaminants from gravity conveying or pneumatic pipelines. Usually installed in pneumatic production lines for food powder and high speed feeding lines.
The separator is constructed of stainless steel, and the dry, free-flowing product flows through the valve body and through the cartridge magnet cartridge, expelling contaminants. The permanent magnet drum can be horizontal or vertical so that the flow is up or down, the internal deflector ensures that the product is transferred to the permanent magnet drum with minimal turbulence and no blockage.

mirror polished, brushed or sandblasted, up to food grade requirements.
2. Shell material：SUS304,SUS316 or or SUS316L
3. Magnetic field strength：rare earth permanent magnet or ferrite magnet. Surface magnetic field strength is 1500 - 10000 Gauss or more.
4. Working temperature：80°C - 250°C 。
5.Installation type：flange type, buckle type, etc. to provide options.
